Synopsis:
Fernando works with his father delivering romantic messages given as gifts to people all over town on board a telegram service car called "Neon Heart". After a performance that ended in tragedy, Fernando's life changes completely and he embarks on a crazy journey in the name of love.

IHC
International House of Cinema, owned by partners Lucas Estevan Soares and Rhaissa Gonçalves, is a film production company based in Brazil with a branch in the United States. Better known as IHC, it was founded in 2012 and focuses on the production of films, documentaries and fiction series. In 2021, the company expanded by opening the IHC distribution company.
IHC financed, produced and distributed its first feature film in 2023 - Neon Heart. The film was a success with critics, received several awards, including a Remi Award for best film, was shown at the Marché du Film Festival in Cannes and premiered in more than 100 screens throughout Brazil.
